How to order marketing

Start here

Three steps.

The whole thing takes about two minutes once you have your details together.

Open the catalog

In SOS, click Support, then Request a Service.

Click Marketing

The Marketing button filters the list down to marketing forms only.

Pick your form

Match the job to the form using the list below, then fill it in and submit.

Before you start

Have these four ready.

Every marketing form asks for them. Having them on hand is the difference between a request that gets worked today and one that sits waiting on a reply.

The propertyOne property per request. If two properties need the same thing, file two requests.
A real dateThe day you actually need it in hand. "ASAP" is not a date, so we cannot schedule it.
Your phone numberSo we can call you with a quick question instead of trading emails for two days.
Where it will be usedFront door, mailer, tour, listing, email. It changes how the piece gets built.

Also attach anything you already have. An old version, a photo, a competitor's flyer, a screenshot of the problem. Examples save more time than any other single thing you can do.

Paid advertising, branding, and website builds get scoped and priced before anything starts. Those forms send us a brief and we come back to you. They are not a one click order, so do not expect the work to begin the same day.

What happens next.

You get a ticket number by email.That number is how everyone finds your request later. Keep it.
Track it under My Tickets.Same Support Center, top right. You can see the status without asking anyone.
If we have a question, we reply on the ticket.Reply on the ticket too, not by separate email, so the whole job stays in one place.

Avoid these

Three things that slow you down.

01Writing "ASAP" instead of a dateWe schedule by date. Without one, your job sits behind everything that has one.
02Leaving out the exact wordingIf the words matter, type them in exactly. We will not guess a phone number, a price, or a special.
03Putting two properties on one requestEvery request is built for one property. Two properties means two forms.
